原理：
這一個封鎖電腦中usb儲存裝置的程式是以前同事在網路上找到的
它是透過修改機碼的方式來讓usb storage失效
但是對一般的usb週邊裝置像是滑鼠、鍵盤、webcam之類，則不會任何的影響
使用方法：
將檔案存放在任意的目錄之下，直接點二下執行disable_usb.bat可封鎖住usb storage
將檔案存放在任意的目錄之下，直接點二下執行enable_usb.bat可開啟usb storage
執行完程式後，建議重新啟動電腦
如果檔案是放在網路上，需先連結一個暫時的網路磁碟機來安裝
